ACM Eaves Replacement Project - E Block

​

This project was a significant undertaking for Futureproof as it required the coordination of a number of contractors to complete the works. Futureproof's Supervisor Patrick Nyland largely managed the works undertaken and was responsible for liaising between contractors. 

 

This scope of works for this project included the removal of asbestos (ACM) external eaves sheeting throughout E Block to allow for the installation of new eaves sheeting. It also involved the the installation of new downpipes to replace the current ones.  Works were completed within a month from the project start date.

Roof Replacement

Futureproof completed this project in October 2020 within one month from when works began. This impressive achievement is all thanks to our hardworking tradesmen and trades assistants who worked tirelessly to finish this project.

This project involved the demolition of old roof sheeting, skylights and box gutter to allow for the installation of new roof sheeting, flashings and skylights. 

Full Roof Replacement

 

This sizeable project was undertaken by Futureproof in November 2021 for AWB's Maintenance Division. 

 

The project involved the demolition and removal of all roof sheeting, flashings, skylights and roof vents to allow for the installation of new roof sheeting and flashings.

This project took Futureproof just under 2 months to complete and we are very proud of the outcome!

Futureproof's gutter cleaning and roof reporting service is a top-notch service that uses a state of the art gutter vac machine to service a number of large clients per year. Our clients range from child care centres to government buildings to residential buildings and commercial buildings. We also do the remedial works for any found works noted in the roof report.
